Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria Opening In Waukesha

WAUKESHA, WI—Another pizza restaurant is coming to Waukesha as Lou Malnati’s opens July 12 at 2730 North Grandview Road. The new location will be carryout and delivery only.

The space is located next to Starbucks, at the corner of North Grandview Boulevard and Silvernail Road.

Local residents can order food by choosing easy curbside pick-up, no-contact delivery and drop off catering services. The store hours will be Monday – Thursday from 4-10 p.m., Friday – Saturday from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.

Celebrating its 50th anniversary in business this year, Lou Malnati’s currently operates three other Milwaukee area restaurants in Fox Point, Brookfield and Greenfield.

“We’re excited to bring our authentic deep dish pizza to our Waukesha neighbors, and we’re grateful for the overwhelmingly positive response of customers who tell us they love our food, hospitality, and local family owned and operated approach,” says Marc Malnati in a statement.

The Waukesha location is hiring about 40 employees, including seeking delivery drivers, kitchen crew and phone staff for the new store. The company is currently holding interviews at the restaurant and interested applicants are asked to apply online or by texting “Lous” to 242424.
