Lou Malnati's Pizza Plans Waukesha Location
The pizza restaurant plans to offer carryout and delivery services at the location.
WAUKESHA, WI— Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria is planning a Waukesha location for delivery and takeout, according to a news release from Colliers International Wisconsin.
The retail building at 2720 N. Grandview Boulevard also houses a Verizon Store, Great Clips and Starbucks drive-thru.
The space leased by the Chicago-based pizza place used to hold a Firehouse Subs shop.

John Kardelis, senior vice president at Colliers’s Milwaukee office, brokered the deal and confirmed the details with Patch.

In August, Lou Malnati's Pizzeria opened on the corner of Bluemound and Moorland Roads outside Brookfield Square Mall at 15795 West Bluemound Road.
The full-service restaurant offers dine-in services. The 7,750 square foot space seats more than 160 dine-in customers.
