New Berlin Plan Commission OKs Industrial Building
301,320 square foot building at 18200 W. Lincoln Avenue was recommended for approval on Aug. 31.
NEW BERLIN, WI— The New Berlin Plan Commission recommended approval for a 301,320 square foot industrial building located at 18200 W. Lincoln Avenue on Aug. 31. Dom Ferrante with Briohn Design Group LLC on behalf of Geipel Holdings LLC put in the request.
The specific tenant has not been identified due to a non-disclosure agreement.
"This is a business with a local operation in a nearby community, looking to relocate to more efficient space. They are a good operator with a national footprint and run a good business," online city documents said.
The request next goes to the Common Council.
