ProHealth Care welcomes urgent care patients in Watertown

ProHealth Care's urgent care services have resumed at 109 Air Park Drive. Area residents can make an online reservation or walk in for care.

ProHealth Care’s urgent care services have resumed at 109 Air Park Drive in Watertown. Area residents can make an online reservation for an urgent care visit, or just walk in for care.

Anyone can visit ProHealthCare.org/UrgentCare to see the number of patients already in line and make a reservation. The process takes only a minute, and requires selection of one of seven locations, a visit time and entry of some basic information.

After making a reservation, patients will receive a confirmation by text, and a reminder before the visit. If necessary, a notification will also be sent if there is an unexpected delay, and an updated reservation time will be provided.

When patients with online reservations check in at an urgent care location, they typically wait less than two minutes before being escorted to a room for care.

ProHealth’s urgent care locations include on-site lab and X-ray services. They offer a convenient way to receive care when a primary care provider isn’t available and same-day care is needed for minor conditions, such as:

  • Allergy symptoms
  • Cuts and scrapes, including those that need stitches
  • Earaches and ear infections
  • Pink eye
  • Skin infection or rash
  • Sprains and strains
  • Most other minor injuries and illnesses

Anyone with infectious disease symptoms such as headache, cough, fever, chills, shortness of breath, aches and pain, gastrointestinal illness, sore throat, sudden loss of taste or smell, or runny nose and congestion, should stay at home and schedule a virtual urgent care appointment at ProHealthCare.org/VirtualVisits. Call 911 if you are experiencing severe symptoms such as difficulty breathing.

ProHealth Care’s urgent care locations in Brookfield, Mukwonago, New Berlin, Oconomowoc, Pewaukee, Waukesha and Watertown are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information or to make a reservation for care, visit ProHealthCare.org/UrgentCare.
