UW-Waukesha Increases Enrollment 1.7% This Fall
2,155 students are taking classes at the campus this fall.

Enrollment increased by 1.7 percent at UW-Waukesha this fall with 2,155 students taking classes at the two-year campus, according to a news release.
Rich Barnhouse, associate vice chancellor for student affairs and enrollment management for UW Colleges, said in the news release enrollment remained even despite smaller high school graduating classes, an improving economy and increased competition from out of state for-profit institutions.
“UW Colleges offers the most accessible, least expensive path to a University of Wisconsin degree,” Barnhouse said. “The fact that we offer an exceptional value is a factor in keeping our enrollment steady. I am pleased that we have maintained our enrollments while some other institutions have seen a decline.”
