Virtual Solar Power Hour Co-Hosted By City Of Waukesha

WAUKESHA, WI— Thinking about going solar? It's a great way to reduce your energy bills, support the local economy and create a healthier environment.

The City of Waukesha is co-hosting a virtual Power Hour on zoom on Thursday, July 15 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. for residents to learn more about the Grow Solar Jefferson/Waukesha Program.

You can learn about the basics of solar, its financial benefits, and how the solar group-buy program works.

Grow Solar Jefferson/Waukesha is a group purchasing program for residential and other small-scale solar. Offered by the Heart of the City (HOC), the Waukesha County Green Team, and the Midwest Renewable Energy Association (MREA), homeowners throughout Jefferson and Waukesha Counties may participate in this program to pool their buying power and secure significant discounts that make installing solar more affordable for your home or property.
