Waukesha County Parks To Stay Open; Playgrounds Closed
"At this time playground equipment is closed, [and] we are not able to wipe down tables and other surfaces," county officials said.

WAUKESHA, WI — County officials say Waukesha County parks are open, but that the playground equipment is off-limits as officials set social distancing limits as a result of the new coronavirus public health emergency.
In a news release issued on Wednesday, March 25, officials said Waukesha County parks system parks, trails, golf courses, and dog exercise areas are open to the public while staying in compliance with the state's "safer at home" order as well as all state Department of Health Services orders.
"At this time playground equipment is closed, we are not able to wipe down tables and other surfaces, so we invite our guests to bring hand sanitizer with them, just to be safe," officials said.
