Waukesha Man Pleads Not Guilty in Len Bias Case

A woman died in April 2012 after ingesting heroin Abrian Kane brought to a party, according to investigators.

A Waukesha man charged with homicide for delivering drugs used in a fatal overdose pleaded not guilty Monday.

Abrian Kane, 40, remains jailed on $20,000 bail.

According to a criminal complaint, Kane brought heroin to a game of cribbage in April 2012. Theresa R. Wamser ingested the drug and was found dead about 9 a.m. April 26. He was charged with first-degree reckless homicide/deliver drugs.
