Waukesha Officials Announce North Street Road Closure

WAUKESHA, WI—East North Street will be closed from Barstow Street to Brook Street starting Wednesday for construction on the new city hall, city officials announced. The street will remain closed through Friday.

All traffic should follow the posted detour when the road is closed, city officials said.

The strip mall that contains Qdoba and the 16th Street Clinic can be accessed from Barstow St.

Currently, city hall remains closed to visitors.

During construction all city employees will be parking across Delafield St. in the vacant lot. The crosswalk has been enhanced and a light tower has been moved onto the site for safety.
