Waukesha Bands Take First Place at Festival Disney
The symphony and orchestra took first place in a number of categories at Disney World over the weekend.
The Waukesha band students nabbed first place at Festival Disney this past weekend.
Over 200 students from Waukesha North, Waukesha South and Waukesha West band programs formed three performing ensembles.
Waukesha's wind symphony took best in Class and Gold and the orchestra took best in Class and Gold as well, according to the band's Facebook page.
