The online bomb threat was made to Waukesha North High School on Wednesday morning.

WAUKESHA, WI—Waukesha Police responded to Waukesha North High School on Wednesday morning for a bomb threat. Lt. Kevin Rice told Patch.

Waukesha North High School was evacuated due to an anonymous school threat via the Speak Up Speak Out program. All students and staff were accounted for and safely located outside of the building, according to a news release from the district.

The Waukesha Police Department reached out to the Milwaukee Police Department to conduct a sweep of the building.

The Milwaukee Police Department, MPD K9 Unit, and the Waukesha Police Department found the threat not credible, and the building safe for students and staff to return, the release said.
