WEATHER ALERT: Strong Storms Predicted for This Evening
The National Weather Service is issuing a Hazardous Weather Outlook for Southeastern Wisconsin. Hail and High Winds are possible, NWS says.

MILWAUKEE - The National Weather Service is predicting that a line of strong storms will move into our area, with the highest probability coming in the 9 o'clock hour.
Some of the thunderstorms may be strong to severe, according to the NWS, with hail and high winds possible in some areas.

A warm front lifting close to southern Wisconsin and low pressure center passing just to the south of the state will bring thunderstorms to far southern Wisconsin this afternoon and evening.
There is a moderate risk of severe thunderstorms in the far southern counties...with an enhanced risk of severe storms to the north of the moderate area and south of a line from near lone rock
to Madison to Muskego...and a slight risk of severe thunderstorms to the north of the enhanced area and south of a line from the
dells to Port Washington.

Damaging winds and large hail are the primary threats...though a tornado can not be ruled out in the far south close to the warm front.
