Wisconsin Weather: Fallout From Winter Storm This Week

All signs point to a green Christmas in 2018, but a sizable winter storm visits us later this week.

MILWAUKEE, WI— Following what appears to be a "Green Christmas 2018," Wisconsin residents could face fallout from a sizable winter storm later this week. The National Weather Service says confidence continues to increase regarding a winter storm expected to impact much of the Midwest.

"The best chance for heavy snow accumulations will be across the central Plains to Minnesota and northern Wisconsin," says NWS.

"A mix of rain and snow will be found near the low track, with rain and some thunderstorms to the south. It is important to keep up on the latest forecast if you plan to travel during this time."
