CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH — Legendary folk punk singer Ani DiFranco will make her Cain Park debut this summer.

DiFranco is widely considered the mother of the DIY movement, in part because she was one of the first artists to launch her own record label in 1990. Her musical style embraces punk, funk, hip hop, jazz, soul, electronica and folk. Her lyrics are often strongly political and poetic.

On June 13, DiFranco will play the Evans Amphitheater. Her special guest will be Lucy Wainwright Roche. Tickets for the event start at $25 in advance and $28 on the day of the show.
