Another Fatal Shooting In Cleveland Heights

A 26-year-old was shot and killed on Wednesday morning in Cleveland Heights, police announced.

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH — A 26-year-old man was shot to death in Cleveland Heights on Wednesday morning. This is the second killing in five days in the suburb.

At 1:10 a.m., gunshots were heard on Noble Road. Officers found the 26-year-old in the stairwell of an apartment building. He had been shot multiple times.

Police gave the man first aid until EMS arrived. He was taken to a hospital where he later died.

Investigators believe the 26-year-old was in an argument with unidentified people prior to being shot. No suspects have yet been identified but detectives are still investigating the shooting.

On Saturday evening, Malik Moore, 23, was killed while walking down Oakdale Road. He was shot multiple times, police said. Detectives are also investigating that shooting.
