Cain Park Arts Festival Returns July 12-14
The iconic Cleveland Heights arts and crafts event will feature the work of artists from around the nation.

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH — The iconic Cain Park Arts Festival will return July 12-14.
The 42nd annual event will feature the work of artists from around the nation. A jury will determine the finest pieces in a wide range of categories, including painting, photography, prints, jewelry, ceramics, glass, leather, sculpture, wood and more. Guests can see the art, buy it, listen to live music, see family-friendly shows, eat great food and sip wine during the three-day affair.
The festival is family-friendly and will open at 3 p.m. on Friday, July 12. Admission is free on Friday and $5 per person Saturday and Sunday, but children 12 and under are always free. Tickets can be purchased in advance at the Cain Park Ticket Office or at the entrance of the festival.

The festival will run from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on July 12, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on July 13, and 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on July 14.
Food vendors will keep guests fed throughout the festival. This year's roster of food trucks and booths include The Sweet Spot, Wild Spork, Snowie Daze, Buckeye Chocolate and European Gourmet Almonds, Nothing Bundt Cakes, The Pearl Asian Kitchen, The Pierogi Lady and Slyman's Food Truck.

Adults will be able to enjoy a "Summer Sippers" Wine Tasting thanks to The Wine Spot. Tickets for that event are $10 and are available either at the Cain Park Ticket Office or via EventBrite. The wine tasting sells out nearly every year, so buying tickets in advance is recommended.
There will be live entertainment throughout the weekend. On Friday, July 12, Lost State of Franklin will play in the Evans Amphitheater from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Charlie Mosbrook and Rebecca Wohlever will play the Alma Theater from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and then a second show from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
On July 13, the Alyssa Boyd Trio will play the Evans Amphitheater from noon to 2 p.m. The Lenny Russo Band will play from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and the Shootouts will take the amphitheater from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The Alma Theater will play host to the family show "Ma'at is Missing: Deciphering Manners." The show will run at 12:30 p.m., 2 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Finally, on Sunday, July 14, The Numbers Band with Ernie Krivda will play the Evans Amphitheater from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The family show "Mission is Possible: What Goes Up Must Come Down" will be in the Alma Theater at 12:30 p.m., 2 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
A free shuttle will ferry guests from Cleveland Heights City Hall to the Arts Festival on Saturday and Sunday. The shuttle runs from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on July 13 and noon to 5 p.m. on July 14. Those looking to ride the shuttle should park at City Hall, 40 Severance Circle and then board Lolly the Trolley.
