CLEVELAND, Ohio- Cecil Lipscomb, executive director of the United Black Fund of Greater Cleveland, will serve as chair of the Eliza Bryant Village Board of Trustees in Cleveland for a two-year term that began on April 26. (Editor's note: The UBF of Greater Cleveland is a nonprofit that partners with other organizations to provide grants, workshops, and other community services to the greater Cleveland area, and mainly the African-American community).
Eliza Bryant Village provides services for seniors, including low income housing.
