Cleveland Heights Man Charged With OVI With Gun, Baby in Car

A 34-year-old Cleveland Heights man was charged with drunken driving with a baby and a gun in the car in Painesville, The News-Herald reports.
Kenneth Davis, Jr., of Woodview Road, was found sitting in a car on the side of the road in Painesville. Police found his 7-month-old child and a .38 revolver in the car, and said that Davis was intoxicated.
