The first day of school in Cleveland Heights-University Heights is August 21. The Cleveland Heights-University Heights City School District has released its 2017-2018 calendar for public schools.

• 11/23 - 11/24: No School (Thanksgiving Recess)

December

• 12/22 - 1/5: No School (Winter Recess)

January

• 1/8: Students Return to School
• 1/12: No School for Students (PD/Records Day)
• 1/15: Schools Closed (M. L. King, Jr. Commemorative Day)

February

• 2/9: No School for Students (Professional Development Day)
• 2/19: Schools Closed (Presidents’ Day)

March

• 3/2: No School for Students (PD/Records Day)
• 3/30 - 4/6: No School (Spring Recess, Includes Compensatory Day for Parent Conferences)
