Doggie Ice Cream Social At Cain Park On Sunday
Cleveland Heights dog owners can bring their pets to Cain Park on Sunday for a meetup with dog-friendly ice cream.

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH — Dogs and their owners rejoice! The Cleveland Heights Dog Walker Watch program is hosting Canines at Cain: Doggie Ice Cream Social and Dog Walk at Cain Park on Sunday.
At 11 a.m., dog owners can bring their pooches to the park and meet other canine owners in the community. Attendees will be encouraged to talk about neighborhood or safety issues they confront regularly, similar to a Meet Your Police event.
As the name suggests, there will be dog-safe ice cream handed out at the east end of the park, close to the basketball courts and South Taylor Road. The event will happen rain or shine, the city said on social media.

Since dog owners are likely to walk around the city, with their pet, police have asked residents, with canines, to keep their eyes open for anything suspicious. If you see anything, call the police, the department said.
