Drunken Man Falls Asleep With His Car in Drive
Cleveland Heights Police said the man had his car in drive and his foot on the brake when they found him asleep at the wheel.
A concerned resident called at about 4 a.m. Sept. 2 and said a car was parked on the 3200 block of Meadowbrook Boulevard and had been running for about an hour.
When police arrived, they said a man was asleep at the wheel with his car in drive and his foot on the brake. Police arrested the 42-year-old Cleveland man and charged him with operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OVI.)
