Heights High Alum Travis Kelce, NFL Icon, Gets Unique Bobblehead

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end is getting a commemorative bobblehead celebrating his days at the University of Cincinnati.

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH — Heights High alum and all-pro NFL tight end Travis Kelce is getting a special bobblehead made in his likeness. After leaving Cleveland Heights, Kelce went on to the University of Cincinnati, where he became a star player for the Bearcats. Now, bobblehead company FOCO, is manufacturing the first Bearcats bobblehead of Kelce.

"Kelce is one of the NFL’s brightest stars, and is an impact player for the Chiefs,” said Phil Sklar, co-founder and CEO of the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum. “This bobblehead will be a great collectible for University of Cincinnati and Kansas City fans.”

This is the first bobblehead to feature Kelce in his Bearcats jersey, Sklar said. Each bobblehead costs $40 and are only available through the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum.

Kelce's Kansas City Chiefs are off to a red hot start this season, with a 5-0 records. His Cincinnati Bearcats are also undefeated, sitting atop a 6-0 record. The man was and is part of some good football teams.

Kelce, and his brother Jason, were recently inducted into the Heights High Hall of Fame.
