Heights High Football Ranked No. 8 In Region
Despite obliterating their competition on Friday, the Tigers only moved up one spot in OHSAA's computer rankings.

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH — The Heights Tigers won a blowout victory on Friday night, obliterating Warrensville Heights by a score of 56-6. Despite the impressive win, the team only moved up one spot in Ohio High School Athletic Association's (OHSAA) weekly computer rankings.
The Tigers were ranked No. 9 in Region I, Division I football heading into their match-up with Warrensville Heights. Then the boys from Heights High put up 40 points in the first half and cruised to victory.
The Tigers are still in their leadership position for their conference and are strongly in the mix for a playoff spot as the end of the regular season approaches.

Despite the strong showing, the team moved up only one spot in the rankings and remains lodged behind teams with inferior records.
