July 4th In Cleveland Heights: City Hall Closed, Trash Collection
City hall and other city departments will be closed on July 4 in observation of the holiday.

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH — The Cleveland Heights Community Center, City Hall offices, and Cleveland Heights Municipal Court will be closed on July 4 in observation of Independence Day. Cain Park will also be closed on that Tuesday. Trash and recycling will be delayed by one day.
There are plenty of ways to celebrate the holiday. Most involve a short trip into neighboring Cleveland. One option for folks is a dinnertime and fireworks cruise on the Goodtime III. The ship will maneuver its way around the city while giving people the chance to dance the night away. Tickets cost $63.95-$89.95.
Not in the mood to hit the Goodtime? There are other nautical options for the seaworthy fireworks watchers. The deck of the steamship William G. Mather will host a party, providing a view of fireworks and beer from a nearby beer garden.
