Juvenile Shot While Playing With Gun In Cleveland Heights
Police said two juveniles found a handgun and were playing with it when the gun was fired.

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH — A juvenile was hurt while playing with a gun on Saturday, Cleveland Heights police announced.
On Saturday night, two juveniles were inside a home on Beverly Road. They found a gun and were playing with it when it fired and one of the juveniles was shot.
Cleveland Heights Police Chief Annette Mecklenburg said the injury is not life threatening.

The incident sparked concern and speculation on social media. Residents began posting theories that there was an attempted robbery which resulted in the juvenile being shot. Mecklenburg said there was no robbery.
