More Than 100 Cleveland Heights Residents Without Power
Severe thunderstorms have left thousands of Northeast Ohioans in the dark on Thursday morning.
CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH — More than 100 Cleveland Heights residents are without power on Thursday morning, according to FirstEnergy's power outages map.
Thunderstorms rolled through Northeast Ohio, leaving thousands without power across the region. Cleveland Heights and Euclid were among the cities most impacted by the storms, according to the outages map.
Cleveland Heights has at least 108 residents without power, while Euclid has at least 357 residents in the dark. Shaker Heights has 89 people without power.

FirstEnergy is estimating the majority of outages should be remedied by 11 a.m. on Thursday. Crews have not yet been dispatched to the outages, so there is no firm answer on what caused the specific local outages.
The majority of Cleveland Heights power outages appear to be located around the Coventry Village neighborhood.

At least 7,000 Northeast Ohioans had their power knocked out on Thursday morning.
