Older Heights Residents Should Register For COVID Vaccine Shot
City officials are organizing a database of older residents who would like to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, when available.
CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH — Older Cleveland Heights residents can register with the city to get future opportunities of receiving a COVID-19 vaccine.
The Cleveland Heights Office on Aging is compiling a database of residents, 65 and older, who are still in need of a COVID-19 vaccine. Should vaccine become available, they would be contacted and given first opportunity to receive the vaccine, a city official told Patch.
The idea for the database emerged after Heights residents were given a surprise chance to get vaccinated.
