Shots Fired on Kildare in Cleveland Heights

A Cleveland Heights woman said an ex-boyfriend fired shots at her car while she was driving down Kildare Road at 7:38 p.m. Oct. 27.

A witness also said he saw a man standing in the middle of the road and firing a gun toward a car, and Cleveland Heights Police found four spent shell casings on the ground.

The woman told police the man firing a gun is an ex-boyfriend of hers. Police are investigating and have not arrested or charged anyone for the felonious assault and attempted homicide yet.
