CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH — Expectations were high for the Heights Tigers football team heading into their Homecoming Weekend match-up with visiting Bedford. The ascendant Heights team didn't disappoint.

The Tigers steamrolled Bedford, cruising to a dominant 39-6 victory. Heights quarterback Bay Harvey ran for two touchdowns and the defense scored 6 points on three safeties. This was the Tigers' sixth straight victory. The team hasn't lost since its week one match-up with Medina.

“Defensively we are getting back to playing football the right way by not making mental errors. It was good to get some of our young guys some playing time on Friday night which could be beneficial if we qualify for post season play,” Heights coach Mac Stephens said on the team's website.
