Victim, Suspect Identified In Cleveland Heights Shooting
One person was killed and another hurt in a shooting Tuesday evening at Denison Park.

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH — The victim and suspect in Tuesday evening's shooting at Denison Park have been identified.
Jeremiah Moore, 25, from Cleveland, was killed when gunfire broke out near the basketball courts at Denison Park, the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner announced Thursday morning. He was rushed to University Hospitals after the shooting, where he was pronounced dead.
A second person was shot during the gunfire. They were hit in the shoulder and are currently in the hospital recovering, Cleveland Heights police said.

One of two suspects has been identified, according to police, though their identity has not yet been shared with the public.
Investigators believe the shooters and the victims knew each other prior to the shooting.
