Virtual Open Mic To Be Hosted By Ensemble Theatre

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH — Ensemble Theatre is launching a weekly, hour-long virtual open mic. The kick-off event is Friday.

"If you are a singer, an actor, a comedian, dancer, creative, etc, and want to share a glimpse of your talents with our audiences and feel a sense of connectivity and community during these crazy times...send us your video!" the theatre said in a statement.

The open mic will start at 7 p.m. and will be streamed on Ensemble's Facebook page.

Submissions for the open mic should be 5 minutes or less. Videos will be shared on Facebook and need to somewhat family friendly. All submissions for the week are due by noon on Friday.

If there is a deluge of submissions, some acts may be featured in the following week's event. Submissions should be made via dropbox. More details on the open mic program can be found on Ensemble's website.

The Ensemble Facebook page will host the livestream of the open mic.
