Texas Marbles Collectors Spring Show Rolls Into Round Rock
Enthusiasts and collectors of marbles will be able to enjoy the event showcasing unique, rare, old and new marbles from around the world.

My name is Claudia Alvarez and I've been a freelance writer with Austin Patch since 2017. I graduated from UTSA with my BA in English and began my writing career as a Copywriter specializing in Hispanic marketing. I eventually transitioned to the non-profit sector as a Grant Writer, which was my focus for over 5 years just before deciding to become a stay-at-home mom and devote the bulk of my time to my family. I am married to my wonderful husband whom I've known since we were 7 years old, and am a (tired) mom of 2 boys. I've been a yoga practitioner since college and recently received my RYT-200 certification to teach, which I love doing. Staying active is a top priority in my life and so I also began running 2 years ago.
As a freelance writer for Patch, I write about calendar events and activities in and around Austin, as well as posting about the Austin real estate market. Should you have any questions, comments, or would like to include your upcoming calendar event in Patch, please don't hesitate to message me at claudiapalaciosalvarez@gmail.com. Thanks for reading!
