Ocean Closed to Swimmers in Long Beach

Bio: Heather is an editor at Patch in Nassau County on Long Island. She grew up in Garden City before heading to Baltimore to study journalism at Loyola College in Maryland. While at college, she spent a semester in Stirling, Scotland.
