I was born in Newark New Jersey on Wednesday February 21, 1951. In New Providence High School, I was sports reporter and then Sports Editor, Sept 1966 to June 1969. I moved to Hyde Park for college in September 1969, and have lived in Hyde Park since ... 50 years as of September of next year. I worked for the University of Chicago full time from September 1975 to March 2016 ... 41 years. I am now semi-retired. I share my studio apartment with my 6-year-old dog, Ethel, since November 2016.
