LOS GATOS, CA — The Los Gatos Chamber of Commerce is hosting a networking luncheon on Oct. 1 at a setting that may make some members stray from getting down to business — except that the biz-to-biz event represents a rare opportunity to meet California Assemblyman Evan Low.

The Democrat representing the 28th District of the Silicon Valley will be speaking to the chamber at the town's historic Testarossa Winery.

Low will address the region's economic development and 2020 ballot initiatives, along with regional transportation and traffic challenges.
