Alex Smith Puts Los Gatos Home on Market

Kansas City Chiefs new QB has put his Santa Rosa Drive mansion on the market for $3.25 million.

Just as was predicted by fans of Los Gatos resident Alex Smith, the former San Francisco 49ers QB ... looks like he's moving out of the area.

His gorgeous 5,644 square-foot hilltop home at 420 Santa Rosa Drive is on the market for $3,250,000.

The four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom property sits on a 43,124-square-foot lot and was built in 1987.

The Kansas City Chiefs retained him as their QB in March.

In 2012, Smith started 10 regular season games for San Francisco, helping the club reach Super Bowl XLVII. Prior to being sidelined with injury, he threw for 1,737 yards with 13 touchdowns and five interceptions for a 104.1 rating.

Smith’s best statistical season came in 2011 where he racked up 3,144 yards passing on 273 completions with 17 touchdowns and only five interceptions for a 90.7 passer rating, the release added.

The La Mesa, Calif. native originally entered the NFL as the first overall pick in the 2005 NFL Draft of the 49ers. Smith was an All-American quarterback at the University of Utah and prepped at Helix High School in La Mesa, Calif.
