7/4/2016 0910 hours 600-blk Blossom Hill Arrest: 24 year old male, resident of Gilroy Charges: Possession of stolen property, under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia. Officers responded to check the welfare of a subject sleeping in a vehicle. Drug paraphernalia was located in plain view. Upon further investigation, the subject was found to be under the influence. A video game with security device still attached was also located. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

7/4/2016 1243 hours Lark/University Arrest: 28 year old male, resident of Campbell Charges: Possession of a controlled substance, under the influence, possession of burglary tools, driving on a suspended license, parole violation. Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop and determined the driver had a suspended license and was on parole. A search yielded methamphetamine, a lock pick set, a small digital scale, and drug paraphernalia. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

7/7/2016 0252 hours Lark/Los Gatos Boulevard Arrest: 32 year old male, resident of Madera Charges: Possession of drug paraphernalia Officers conducting routine patrol located a vehicle parked at a closed business. The occupant was determined to be on searchable probation. A search yielded drug paraphernalia. He was cited and released.

7/8/2016 0923 hours Blossom Hill/Highway 17 Arrest: 54 year old male, resident of Forestville Charges: Felon in possession of pepper spray Officers responded to a report of a car fire. Upon their arrival, the driver was determined to be in illegal possession of pepper spray. He was cited and released.

7/8/2016 1723 hours 600—blk N. Santa Cruz Ave. Arrest: 55 year old male, resident of Saratoga Charges: Possession of drug paraphernalia Officers located a suspicious vehicle and determined that the occupant was on searchable probation. A search yielded a methamphetamine pipe. The subject was cited and released.

7/10/2016 0202 hours Highway 9/University Arrest: 21 year old male, resident of San Jose Charges: DUI Officers encountered a wrong-way driver and conducted an enforcement stop. The driver displayed objective signs of alcohol intoxication. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

7/10/2016 1616 hours 100-blk Paseo Laura Officers responded to a fraud. The victim located a rental listing on the internet and deposited funds for a security deposit. When he arrived at the home, he was informed that the property was not for rent/for sale.
