Los Gatos New Home Subdivision 'Montecito' Is Now on The Market
Single-family homes and condos range in price between $1.6 million and $976,880.
Montecito, Los Gatos' latest residential community of 25 new single-family homes located on Placer Oaks and Blossom Hill roads, just down the street from new subdivision Laurel Mews, is now on the hot real estate market.
The two-story Spanish-style houses range in size from approximately 2,042 to 2,512 square feet with four bedrooms, up to three baths and two-car garages.
The single plan townhomes vary slightly by elevation and are approximately 1,543 to 1,598 square feet with three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and two-car garages.
The largest house is being offered at $1,579,880 and the 1,598 townhome is being offered for $976,880. There are six floor plans to choose from.
The houses were constructed by national builder D. R. Horton Homes.
