SANTA CLARA COUNTY, CA —The Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help in locating a missing, at-risk person.
Daniel Rayos was last seen at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose wearing a dark flannel and black or blue sweatpants, with a red walker with large inflatable tires.
Rayos is 5-foot-5 and weighs 150 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes.
