About Artist James C. Mulligan

Artist James C. Mulligan was born in Rancho Palos Verdes, California in 1978 and grew up in both Los Angeles and Orange County. While studying theater at UCLA, Mulligan was hired to work in the Walt Disney Company art department, where he worked on concept designs for characters as well as theme park shows and attractions. Now, the Irish-American artist is best known for painting commercial murals and celebrity fine art. He has also contributed extensively to the Disney Fine Art collection. His work can be found in the private collections of stars such as Fred Durst of Limp Bizkit, Neil Patrick Harris, Hugh Hefner, Chuck Liddell, Holly Madison, the Elvis Presley estate, Oscar Winning Composer Richard M. Sherman, and many others. Mulligan is also an accomplished actor of the stage and small screen.
