2 So. Bay Crashes, 1 With Injuries Tie Up Thursday Commute
The Los Gatos crash with injuries on SR-17 and the Sunnyvale incident on the Central Expressway have both cleared.
LOS GATOS, CA — Two crashes with injuries made the commute slow going on Thursday and motorists longing for the weekend.
The latest was a crash in Sunnyvale that shut down lanes on the Central Expressway, the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety warned about 9 a.m. The incident located between Wolfe Road and the Lawrence Expressway has since cleared.
About an hour earlier, a Los Gatos crash with injuries blocked lanes on State Route 17 south of Santa Cruz Avenue and has also been rectified, the California Highway Patrol reported.
