Town Of Los Gatos: 110 Wood Road - Los Gatos Meadows - Notice Of Availability Draft Environmental Impact Report

The Town of Los Gatos, as the Lead Agency under the CA Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), announces the Notice of Availability of the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) for the proposed Los Gatos Meadows Continuing Care Retirement Community project.

The project is located at 110 Wood Road. A copy of the DEIR is available at the Los Gatos Public Library located at 100 Villa Avenue and on the Town website www.losgatosca.gov/110WoodRoad. 

 In accordance with CEQA, written comments regarding the DEIR can be submitted within the 45-day review period between May 28, 2021 and July 12, 2021. Please send written comments to Sean Mullin at SMullin@losgatosca.gov.  

A public hearing to receive comments on the DEIR is tentatively scheduled on June 23, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.
