The Town of Los Gatos is seeking proposals from qualified firms, consultants, or consultant teams with specific experience in the preparation of Housing Elements.

The work includes the associated public engagement and environmental review to achieve certification by the State Department of Housing and Community Development by January 1, 2023. The selected consultant will work in conjunction with the Town to update the Housing Element and prepare the required environmental review. Proposals should include all information referenced in the Request for Proposals (RFP) and demonstrate experience with Housing Element updates, public engagement, and associated environmental review.
