The Board of Directors of the Santa Clara Valley Water District (ValleyWater) will hold a public hearing on a report recommending: Flood Control Benefit Assessment Rates for Fiscal Year 2021-2022 in flood controlzones of said Valley Water.

The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 11, 2021, at 1 p.m., in a virtual Board Meeting accessible to the public via Zoom link (https://valleywater.zoom.us/j/87258075157).  The Notice of Public Hearing from Valley Water can be viewed here and and a copy of the Valley Water Benefit Assessment Report referenced in the notice can be viewed here.
